not geting text messages

I had unplugged the Leeo and when I plugged it back in, my husband received a text message that the unit was plugged back in but I did not? I am the subscriber and he is the 1st contact to reach. I also did not receive a email message either. How do I make this change? Jodi

The Leeo Smart Alert is only designed to have one person logged into the app and will only send push notifications to 1 logged in person. Emergency contacts on the account are only called in the event there is an alarm and the primary user does not address the alarm.
